o        Clare mailed to Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor/Tremont, Mount Desert and Trenton Chambers of Commerce.

o        E-mail to MDI Tomorrow List later today (May 17)

…         Logistical notes and fine tuning

o        Ask Nat to include information on the amount of tourism revenue reinvested locally [Joyce]

o        At registration, provide attendees with:

п         Write-in name tags [Joyce]

п         Name tags with colored dots (10 each of 10 different colors) to assign into break-out groups [Joyce]

п         Five additional colored dots for use in later dot voting

п         Pre-printed index cards to be collected at the close of the meeting.н Ask for the following:н [Joyce]

-          Affiliation, if any

-          E-mail address

-          Interest in participating further
