Economic
Summit
The
Economic Prosperity Committee has decided to proceed by holding an Economic
Summit. Plans are to hold this event late in the afternoon of May 30, in the
auditorium at the Jackson Laboratory. Two speakers will be invited, one to talk
about general economic development efforts at the state and regional level, and
one perhaps to speak more specifically about efforts in the tourism sector.
Goals:

Solicit more input on
issues and opportunities

Prioritize issues for
further analysis
o
Identify potential
partners willing to work on more detailed follow-up
